When agreeing to work with The Radar PR Company, you are agreeing to the following code of conduct.
1. Services provided by the Radar
1.1- Providing professional counsel in the administration of advertising and promotional campaigns, organizing networking events, and facilitating opportunities for personal skill development.
1.2- Reposting media made by the client on The Radar PR business accounts across various platforms (eg. TikTok, Instagram, Facebook).
1.3- The Radar may facilitate connections between clients as deemed appropriate, leveraging its network to foster collaboration and expand opportunities for mutual benefit.
1.4- The Advertiser shall not use any and all intellectual property owned by it's clients without having credited the client in the description of the posts created by the advertiser.
1.5- The Radar PR is committed to assisting clients in developing social media advertisements that align with their specified niche, aesthetic, and desired brand image.
2. Services provided by the client
2.1- The clients social media account must state that the client is in partnership with The Radar PR via their biography or account description.
2.2- Clients shall cooperate with the team at The Radar PR efficiently, providing any necessary personal information required as well as creative input into projects involving the client.
2.3- Clients are subject to fees required in exchange for certain promotional services, educational services and/or other services The Radar PR may provide, and are required to pay these fees within the given payment period.
2.4- When providing personal information, the clients must provide honest answers.
3. Professionalism
3.1- Deliver on promises and commitments, respond to calls, texts and/or emails all in a timely and professional manner.
3.2- Always be truthful and transparent with business partners, clients, media, and the public. Conduct yourself with integrity and morale in public settings.
3.3- Maintain a high standard of work quality and strive for excellence.
3.4- Exercise discretion and tact in all social interactions to uphold and safeguard your public reputation, refraining from remarks that may be deemed offensive or controversial.
3.5- The client agrees to fulfill payment obligations promptly within the specified time frame as outlined in the agreement or invoice for services rendered. Failure to adhere to the payment terms may result in penalties, suspension of services, or legal action to recover outstanding balances.
3.4- Avoid any actions that could harm the reputation of the PR company or its clients by upholding ethical standards in all interactions and business practices.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1- Upon agreeing to partnership deal, the client grants The Radar PR with a non-exclusive license to use any and all deliverables produced by the client(s) for the purpose of advertising unless otherwise agreed upon.
4.2- All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademark, or patents, developed or used in relation to the client(s) shall remain the property of the respective client(s) that owned them before the commencement of a partnership with The Radar PR.
4.3- Herby, the parties agree that The Radar PR is an independent contractor, as they provide their services hereunder and act as an independent contractor.
5. Termination
5.1- The agreement will be terminated immediately if one of the parties deems this agreement to be breached.
5.2- This agreement can be terminated at any given time by providing a written notice to the other party, stating the termination of a contract and/or deal.
5.3- Upon termination of the contract, the client agrees to settle all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the point of termination, unless an alternative arrangement has been mutually agreed upon.
5.4- The Radar PR reserves the right to terminate any contract with a client at its discretion, with due regard for professional conduct and ethical considerations.
